Midland (1200) is another broker firm. It pays good dividends. Its price was beatten down by the new regulations of HK government. But if more people continue to buy and sell properties, Midland is not going to do worse. Its biggest competitor is Centaline, which is private (not traded in HKEX). The HK property market has gone thorugh so many up and downs. Midland's management is quite good at handling the risks. They are tested, unlike those fresh MBAs who think they are invincible.
