我查過中國駐美國領使館的WEBSITE。(It is impossible to call them and get a response from 中國駐美國領使館). It is requested that she should send the original passport as well we a letter from Hang Kong to get a 入港旅行證.But right now she is in China and her passport is in China.Thus it is impossible for her to get 入港旅行證 in USA. Do you know if there is a possibility for her to get 入港旅行證 in China?
