My department leader has his son in the company lab as summer intern, but earns as a fully engineer. I was talking with this boy during lunch, he told me his whole private school was paid by the company(till 16 years old!).

Let alone to say a department leaders already takes much advantages from the company, e.g 1st class flight, company car, dinner card...
