No specific solution provided. Perhaps 雷鼎鳴 had something in his mind but buried them in secret graves. People in HK should treasure what they have now because something they "have" now may soon become "had".

In my opinion, the mission of HK is to be an exemplary city-economics for mainland, from education, health care, corporate governance, to democracy. But sadly, the continuous onslaught of the mainland culture is taking its tolls. If it is true that happy couples breed, then HK is not a happy city any more.

There are still many people covering their ears with cotton and hoping the bell won't ring. They created self-illusions such as city potential ranking.
