Dear friends, got a questions and would appreciate your help. Since the tel. no. provided by the Chinese commissioners offcie is always busy.
I know last year, it was not possible for a third country national to apply for chinese visa in HK. For the commissioner only accept visa applications from HK residents or people who work in HK.
Has this been changed? can a third country national who is travelling in HK apply for a visa to mainland from HK now?
Thanks for your insights first.
have a nice day.
