My parents came to stay with us for several month. And the hotel service person are so rude to them, they think they are travellers from mainland. the service person don't let my mom go to the club house. If the customer is white person, they will put smile on their face .

And my parents told me they never experience this service in other places.

bad altitude is bad altitude. no excuse.

Service people are supposed to provide service. If they keep pushing you and cheating you, what is the meaning of service? the house agents told me different things different days. I don't believe in them anymore.
