Chinese Visa issue

Hi All,
My daughter's Chinese visa is going to expire soon. How do I renew here in HK? Is it possible to get one for 2 year multiple entry so she can stay in China as long as we want.
I called travel agent and they said she can get one only 3-6 month effictive, which is too short.
Please give me some advice!
