我以前以为是烤红薯皮，心想把红薯煮熟，蒸熟再把皮剥下来应该挺费功夫的。原来不是红薯皮，是用红薯淀粉做的宽粉皮，包上馅（猪肉，虾，鸡爪，蔬菜等可选），刷上烧烤辣酱，烤熟以后就可以吃了。

记得以前回国的时候在火车站里面吃过这家连锁店的牛肉粉，味道真心不错，汤料，牛肉，米粉都非常地道。可惜在美国吃不到这家连锁店的加州牛肉面。。。

昨天是耶稣受难节（GoodFriday）。昨晚参加了教会的GoodFridayservice，思想主耶稣在被钉十字架前为每一个像我这样的罪人忍受鞭打羞辱，圣洁神羔羊在十字架上为我流血舍命，承担了我一切的罪债和刑罚，使我罪得赦免，不禁感动得泪流满面。
