室內如何防潮？

德國這鬼天氣，不見太陽。每天起來，窗戶裏麵玻璃上結很多水，是不是室內太潮？如何防潮？害得我晚上睡覺都不敢大口呼吸。德國有沒有什麽防濕盒什麽的？
