馬上要為人父母了，但是這方麵一竅不通。我們夫妻都是中國國籍，德國永久居留，不知孩子出世後要辦理哪些手續，到哪裏報戶口，孩子將會是什麽國籍。可以申請什麽福利待遇。如果國籍可以選擇，都有哪些利弊。大家請不辭辛勞，幫我參謀一下，先謝謝了。_:D
