我現在還沒有這個狀況, 染花粉症是因為免疫力下降吧?

原來工作關係,認識了個西人博士, 專從澳洲進口蜂王漿之類的健康食品的.他本人原來有嚴重花粉過敏症. 後來幾乎痊愈了. 當時無意地問他什麽藥. 他說是食療:
每天堅持吃半個紅洋蔥頭, 同時飲居家當地產的蜂蜜.
他說即使效果出來很快, 還是要堅持吃下去.
