Rare good weather in Winter. My memory is, it always rains.

Very often, I can see Tour L'Eiffel from the hotel window, say between 6 to 8am. By the time I got out, it started to rain and rain and rain. That is my memory of December. Late March was not much better, grey sky and drizzle.

Though Sept is good, Jul/Aug too hot.

The most disappointing thing is, now no matter which month you go, there are always lots of crowd at many of our favorite places. :(
