HR Manager
Job description:
1. Lead a group of 200 employees, plan, develop and implement HR strategy;
2. Guide company policy and procedure drafting, amendment and implementation;
3. Plan and implement all requirements for the recruitment and employment of employees in line with legal requirements;
4. Arrange performance evaluation, analyze, advise for improvement;
5. Provide support to managers on HR and organization development issues;
6. Labor relationship management;
7. Liaise with other functional/departmental managers and understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in French or English
2. 3-5 years of working experience in HR function, familiar with labor law and contract preparing, C&B, performance evaluation and recruitment process.
3. Patient and take initiative to solve problems
Working place: Dongguan
Working hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
Salary: Negotiable
