第一步，withdraw掉所有已經申請的其它學校的Active Applications，因為

你（還有你娃、你娃康色勒）肯定賭咒發誓簽字畫押了UPenn的agreement：

“You are admitted into the University of Pennsylvania. As part of our Early Decision program, you are committed to accepting our offer of admission. You must withdraw any active applications you have to other colleges/universities.”

第二步，找到UPenn的Financial Services，提出強有力證據證明沒有FA你們付不起學費，換句話說，你得證明UPenn的Financial Services算錯了。一但證明算錯了，Upenn隻能release掉你的ED binding。

提請注意的是，第二步一定要在實施完第一步之後開始，否則不光是有無誠意的問題，而是有意違規在先。
