Dient Mikroben

das Mikroskop

nicht als Teleskop?

 

Dann ist ihr

undurchdringliches Universum

das Auge eines Menschen.

 

Does the microscope

not serve as a telescope

for microbes?

 

Then the eye of a man

is their

impenetrable universe.

顯微鏡

對微生物

不就是望遠鏡？

 

那麽人的眼睛

即是它們

深不可測的宇宙.

Wie wahr!

Sie verhindert das Mündigwerden.

Power keeps one young.

How true!

It impedes coming of age.

 

權力讓人年輕。

完全正確！

它延緩人們成年。

Dem Historiker ist das,

was man Ursache nennt,

Wirkung.

 

Dem Strategen das,

was man Wirkung nennt,

Ursache.

Bloß weil ein Irrtum

von der Mehrheit geteilt wird,

wird er nicht wahrer.

 

Die Minderheit

hat mehr –

zu leiden.
