請教老貓遺產問題

一老人（父親）有３個子女。老大，老三是女兒， 老二是兒子。

老人２００８年１月去世。留下＄１４０K cash 和一房子 ，房子市值＄６００K＋。

因為老人妻子去世早，老人又找了一個伴， 然後搬去女方處同居一直到去世。

老人的房子（沒有一分貸款）一直是老三一家居住，到老人去世有１５＋年了。

老人的遺囑是老大，老二個＄７０K，房子全部留給老三。

老大，老二當時心裏都不舒服，認為三人應該平分所有。但又考濾手足情，還是接受了，沒有上法庭。

現在聽了一些朋友的話，覺得是很不公平。

請問現在還可以上法庭嗎？
