1. 這個對綠卡申請有什麽影響？-It does not affect your pending I-485 validity. 他們是不是會不處理我的案子，直到排期變成當前？-They still will process your case, e.g. fingerprinting, background check, interview, etc. But they will not approve it until the priority date becomes current again.
2. 我看收據上說要做指紋，還有麵試。是不是這些所有都要被延期呀？
3. 我明年8，9月要回國看望家人，是不是會影響出行？-If your status is not H-1/H-4, you need to apply for advance parole to travel to China during the I-485 pending.
