8老師, 謝謝你以前對我的幫助. 我的I485(EB2)申請已經拖了快兩年, 現在移民局總算寄來個RFE, 說"The Form I-693 that you submitted in support of your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, is no longer valid or is about to exceed its validity period. Please submit a new Form I-693 completed by a designated civil surgeon to this office together with a copy of this notice."

1. 這是不是意味著我必須找醫生重新體檢, 再辦一個新的I693?

-Correct.

2. 是不是一定要把當初的體檢項目全來一遍, 還是隻要做我申請期間過期的某些項目?

-Talk to the Dr.  and the Dr, knows it. Some items may not need to re-do such as some kind of vaccines.

 

另, RFE裏還提及了個G28: "Please check the appropriate box regarding if there is a new Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative". 我查了一下, 是律師委托一類的表.

3. 因為我這個petition是自己申請的, 是不是就不用管這個G28了?

-Correct.
