自己博士期間是做算法的，偏軟件，專業屬於電子工程，在１４０填寫時就順著選了 039-Electrical/electronic engineering, 但下個選項最相似的就是 compputer hardware. 這個140表報我搞得好矛盾，隻能怪自己沒想清楚。唉
在提交 485 Immediate action 和 final action 前兩個月， 可不可以 把工作換成 more hardware 的就應該沒問題 呢？
-The problem is that if the job duties in your employment letter for I-485 filing is not concerning hardware, USCIS may send you RFE. Nomrally USCIS will process your I-485 after you file it and may pre- aprpove it, then formally approve it when your PD is current (i.e. earlier than Final action date).
