NIW的I-140已經批準， 但是H1B 期間被layoff， 如果直接美國內申請轉為B2,這樣可以贏得半年時間找工作，在B2有效期間如果找到工作，可以再從 B2 轉回 H1B，不知道這種情況下申請Ｂ２會導致被拒嗎？

-Probally it is difficult for you to get the B-2 due to I-140 approval, but not hurt you to try. By the way, if your B-2 is denied, your stay is still not counted unlawful because your H-1 I-94 does not expire yet. So, if you find a job soon, just ask the employer to file H-1 petition and then, you can go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back after the H-1 approval because it will have no I-94 due to your status gap

B2 轉會 H1B 會有什麽注意的問題嗎？
