本人下月一號是在學校的最後一天。但下月大放水，也就是這天，我NIW的priority
date become current。現在layoff notice已經發下，不知道學校還會不會給我EVL了
。如果不給，可不可以用二月份的EVL.
-Not hurt you to provide it. You still need to find a new job as soon as possible in case USCIS may send you RFE for the employment status later.

同時，是不是下月一號當天把材料寄到USCIS就
是EB2-485pending階段了？
-You may send it out on April 30 using overnight Express, thus USCIS will get it on May 1.

如果早了或晚了一天是不是就沒戲了？
-No. You can send it between May 1 and 31 even if you lose your job. 

另外，本人EB1A的485已經交上，如果下月一號當天把EB2-485材料寄到USCIS，是不是
本人就同時是EB1A and NIW-485 pending period?
-Right. 

這樣做有沒有好處（畢竟多花$1070加體檢費)？
-You actually can just do the I-485 interfiling/relink, but because it seems your EB-1A I-140 is still pending (not approved yet), I still support you to file a new I-485 using NIW I-140 as you plan to do in case your EB-1A I-140 is denied and thus USCIS mistakenly also deny your EB-1 I-485. If your EB-1A I-140 has been approved, you don't need to waste your money to file another NIW I-485.


比如說，我在EB1A485的RFE時還沒找到新工作，結果EB1A悲劇。是不是還
可以用NIW-485 pending period維持身份，畢竟NIW-485 RFE會來的晚些，就有更多的
時間找工作。

另外，EB1A的485時交過體檢表，這次是不是要重新搞呢？
-If your physical exam  for EB-1A I-485 was done less than one year ago, you still can ask the Dr. to give you another copy for the NIW I-485 filing, not need to re-do it.


 最後，當年NIW-140表上，我選了consular processing而不是485。不知道是不是也可
以和別人一樣直接交485。
