請教，cover letter開頭的移民局地址

請問，cover letter開始處寫的地址是不是應該和郵寄地址對應，如果不對應有問題嗎

比如我如果用UPSP express郵寄下麵這個地址

 
USCIS
Attn: I-140
2501 S. State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

那麽我cover letter是不是應該寫成這樣：
January 25, 2015
Department of Homeland Security
USCIS
2501 S. State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

我如果寫成下麵這個是不是有問題，這個地址是給快速審理用的地址

January 25, 2015
Department of Homeland Security
USCIS Texas Service Center
P.O. Box 279030
Dallas, TX 75227-9030
