我正在辦EB2, perm 剛批。單位的律師要file 140.問我whether your hu*****and will be filing permanent resident status with you. （這個應該是140上要填得）
我老公現在有個單位已經答應給他也辦eb2了（因為擔心h1b到期），律師已經聯係他了
。可能下個月就能開始. 他過去幾年身份有點複雜（沒有大毛病，可能會有點tiny issue). 所以他擔心會影響我。但是我們計劃是到最後一步，合起來，因為我的pd時間早。
問題有兩個：１。 為什麽律師現在問我老公是不是一起file, 這個對申請140有什麽影響或是關係嗎？我聽說隻有在遞485的時候才考慮spouse.

2. 如果等我拿到綠卡，再給老公辦綠卡，和我現在就和他一起file比起來，是不是很麻煩，他要等很久才能拿到綠卡?
