EB2, 140 已批快一年，在等485排期，H1剛續了3年（是6年後的), 這個時候能換工作嗎?

公司可能要我relocate到別的地方, 但我不太想，想問問如果失去現在這份工作對我短期合法身份(h1)的影響和綠卡申請的影響。請不吝賜教。
