我現在在大學做postdoc，用h1b，niw 140 已經批準，485排期還沒有到
現在有學術界的faculty職位，如果我現在接受，用了h1b transfer，我以後遞交485會有問題嗎？
-Depends on whether your new job is still in the same/similar area (major) as the one you indicated in the NIW I-140. If you still work in your major area, that will be fine. For example, your major is biology, and you still teach or do research in biology, you will be fine.
如果是工業界的工作，是不是我一transfer h1b以後，原來的 niw 140 就失效了。
