多謝回複，他現在持有效H4簽證。 但是怕我4月份拿到綠卡後他再申請B2簽證來不及了。


-Your I-485 approval does not affect his B2 visa application and does not affect him to file I-485 some time later either.


如果他申請B2簽證的時候是否H4簽證就自動失效了？
