該不該再交一份EB2的485哪？主要考慮EB1背景不是很強，140不知到何時會批。但是EB2的485又考慮到經濟原因，又是幾千刀。請各位老師們給點意見，
-You may just write a letter to ask USCIS to relink your pending I-485 to your EB2 I-140 before the EB1 I-140 is denied (if any) when the EB2排期到了 (Jan. 2012?). Thus, you do not need to file a new I-485.
