本人EB2 PERM and 140 都已經批準. Priority date 08/08. 現在在等 priority date
current to file 485. Job title 為 senior financial analyst. 現在本公司cost
accounting (另一個部門) 有一個manager 的職位. 要管兩個人. 我可以得到提升的
機會.
問了律師, 說要重新file PERM and 140 但可以保留priority date.
想請問一下:
1. 還有沒有別的辦法? 實在不想再經曆那個痛苦的過程.
-If your job responsibilities are not changed substantially, you may not need to file a new PERM/I-140. Normally USCIS may not pay attention to your title change unless they inspect your case specifically (normally this happens very little).
2. 新的PERM 和 140 如果不approve, 能否還能用以前的.
-If you will work at the original position after you get the GC, the old approved I-140 is still valid.
