伊朗殺示威者，土共殺六四學生，川ICE殺明州Good和Pretti, 在本質上有區別嗎？

都是遊行示威，都是本國憲法授與的權力，都是被當權者認為反對他們的。都是被當權者顛倒黑白，被殺者被當成暴徒。
