entered the U.S. in September 2021 under Operation Allies Welcome, a Biden administration initiative launched after the Taliban regained control of Afghanistan following the U.S. military withdrawal. The FBI Director Patel refused to answer question the suspected was granted asylum by Trump administration. Even if he was, no big deal as long as he was statutorily eligible.
