10月31日，萬聖節現場有網友cos小黑羊後被保安和警察帶走。

台灣博主“麥狗886”在上海靜安寺經營一家酒吧。

他稱去年就被警察叫去派出所，被要求不能舉辦萬聖節活動，今年又有警察來他店裏，不僅要求酒吧不能舉辦萬聖節活動，還要求店裏不準有萬聖節元素的裝扮。

麥狗表示，以前萬聖節，商家們都會都會有各式各樣的活動，但從今年開始就不太倡導大家這樣做

上海某高校通知，萬聖節期間不要穿奇裝異服/cosplay在校內外走動，否則會被警察登記。

並表示已經有兩名學生被警察登記了。
