China is the most formidable competitor we have ever faced in history. This is not just a race of innovation. It's a race for leadership in technology, economy, and geopolitics. As we did 80 years ago, we have to seize this oppotunity to change the history again so we need that same level of vision, urgency and collaboration. We must mobilize the best talents across government, industry, and academia. Invest massively in computing infrastructure and semiconductors. The most important thing is to set the global rules and standards for responsible AI. The AI Manhattan Project must be our generation's commitment to lead the world once again.
