3. Deployment of international stabilization force(ISF): soldiers from Board of Peace member countries (e.g. US, Egypt, Qatar, UAT, etc.) are planned to be deployed to Gaza to maintain order and provide security.
4. Board of peace administration: the Board of Peace will lead Gaza's civil administration temporarily, overseing reconstruction, security, and governance, until Palestinians can manage governance effectively and peacefully.
5. Reginal oversight on remaining hamas elements: neighboring countries and Arab states will monitor remaining hamas members to prevent acts of terrorism and ensure long-tem security.
