子虛烏有的“中國威脅”輿論認知戰

還記得兩年前英國議會被兩名“中國間諜”“滲透”的醜聞嗎？這凸顯了中國構成的“威脅”。

這兩名涉案人員剛剛被洗清所有罪名。事實上，針對他們的指控非常薄弱，甚至沒有經過審判：“皇家檢察署認定其收集的證據未達到開庭審理的門檻”（https://bbc.com/news/articles/cpd94le39e7o）。

這又是一個製造同意的絕佳例證：當時媒體對此案一片嘩然，瘋狂報道這意味著“民主本身正受到中國的攻擊”，以及英國必須“醒悟”麵對“中國威脅”。

由於此案甚至沒有達到開庭審理的門檻，所以什麽都沒發生。但損害已經造成：可以肯定的是，絕大多數英國人仍然相信他們的議會遭到了“中國間諜”的滲透。他們會記得那些聳人聽聞的頭條新聞、政客們的嚴厲警告以及專家小組對這一“前所未有的威脅”的討論。他們不會記得多年後被埋藏在報紙末頁的悄悄的洗脫。
