看了Youtube上幾個專業飛行員的分析，大概總結如下：
1。 Took off within shorter than required runway length (2000m 就take off 了, typical 2500+ m），基本壓著那根跑道的盡頭起飛，錄像裏看到跑道盡頭的灰塵都很明顯，會不會有rock 被吸入engine(s), 導致失去動力 （Thrust) , 最高隻飛到~200m above runway! 這個機場的bird risk 也是很高的。
2. 飛行員誤操作: （1）起飛時應該是Gear Up+ Flaps down, 該航班是flaps down 或者過早收起了flaps --> lift 不夠； （2）起落架收起時機的掌握，
3. Air India的管理、飛機維護問題大：前序航班的旅客發了視頻說該飛機有很多electrical system not working -- A/C, 夜讀燈，flight attence call button NOT working -- dirty cabin etc， 這些不是和動力係統直接相關，但都是indictors for bad management/maintenance。
