Why? How will that help CCP achieving 5% GDP goal in 2025? And if CCP failed to achieve 5% GDP goal, whose fault is it? Would CCP hardliner now scapegoat Wang Yi to push him to the sideline so they can carry out Putin's agenda and push CCP to the demise?
