貝萊德正在出售其在上海——位於普陀區常壽路的27層辦公樓三一匯（Trinity Place）以9億元人民幣（1.24億美元）的價格售出，擊敗了中國房地產市場的撤退。

要價比 2017 年從滬港聯和控股有限公司收購當時的中央公園時支付的價格低 34%
