Could cryptocurrency another way to circumvent SWIFT system?

     Could cryptocurrency be another way to circumvent SWIFT system to move money around the world, since Putin cannot use wire transfer or other legal means to send money to his operatives worldwide? Maybe that’s why Putin don’t want a centralized currency within BRICS because then others will be able to track his money trail. Also since everything is done via computer networks and maintained by its miners, cryptocurrency could be easily hacked by rogue actors? So Putin may steal money from US Federal Reserve directly? I don’t think Putin/ Trump wants America great again. (BTW, why would Putin want a strong west?) They just want white power be great again! Russia be great again! They can care less about the west. Can CCP win this war with Putin/ Trump with its current non-democratic practice?
