nay a conspiracy theory. but the end result is not bad

trump has made it clear that the european nations need to cough out 4-5% gdp as defense budget, and a primary role to support the ukraine war.  the us is in back seat and no longer to fund the war, but like to broker a deal for ceasefire.  now we see it comes to fruitation.  yay!
