關於特赦的腦洞：細思極恐。

反正老川當選肯定會對一月六日的案件有動作，對他的聯邦官司也會撤銷。會不會出現下麵的情況：

老拜先動手，特赦一六判罪，“特赦”老川的三十四樁罪（總統有權），順便把杭特也給特赦了。

是不是個尷尬的局麵?
