There are two border bills.  

HR2 passed by Congress but democratic party controlled senate rejected it.

There was a senate passed one, as part of aid package to UKR, Israel, Taiwan.  it is called the Emergency National Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, but it does not secure the border.  for example, it only shuts off the border once border encounters reach over 5,000 over a period of seven days or 8,500 over a single calendar day. and the President and Secrectary of the Homeland Security have discretion over whether and how to enforce.
