川普刑罰會包括監禁嗎？周一川普會在律師陪同下首次接受緩刑官的訊問

周一川普會在律師陪同下首次接受mandatory緩刑官的訊問。各方都在推測川普會否受到監禁的刑罰。通常無前課最低級重罪犯者不會受到監禁的處罰。但川普毫無悔改之意，又屢次觸犯禁口令攻擊法官等，監禁不是不可能的。各方忽略的是主審法官很重視pre-sentence report及緩刑官對刑罰的建議（sentence recommendations). Anyway, any imprisonment including house detention will be stayed on conditions pending the outcome of the appeal. 
個人預測 sentence will be between 6 months to 1 year 監禁（house detention) + fine + probation. Community service may be logistically impossible.
