確實是，很多人被忽悠, 都不知道起訴了什麽罪，什麽罪名成立了。

1. Hush money is not a crime

2. Paying the hush money back to the lawyer is not a crime

3. Labeling it as legal expense is not a fraud, not a crime (別說什麽作假，律師所的賬單上，汽油費也可以是legal expense，就是一個category)

4. Falsifying records to cover up a crime is felony, except what crime was he trying to cover up? Even if he falsified records (see 3). 

5. Covering up negative news to influence election? That's called election campaigning for every candidates, not a crime.
