美國現在學中國用新能源補貼政策吸引全球資本到美國建廠。

Volkswagen is looking to invest €180bn over the next five years on plans to manufacture its own batteries, expand in the US and increase the appeal of its cars in China.

The German carmaker said on Tuesday that just over two-thirds of the investment would target its transition into selling electric vehicles, as well as software strategy as the car increasingly becomes a connected device.

“As early as 2025, every fifth vehicle sold worldwide is expected to be one with an all-electric drive,” the company said.
