美國 CO2 人均排放：
(1980) 20.8 -> (2014 Obama) 16.5 -> (2020) 13.68
中國 CO2 人均排放：
(1980) 1.5 -> (2014 Obama) 7.5 -> (2020) 8.2
所以應該是 Obama 勸說中國減少，起碼不要CO2排放增長過快(因為中國人口總數)，同時也承諾美國會同時減少排放

這是對雙方對世界都是有利的事情。
