請問：

我有中國的工程碩士學位，現在在美國College 讀 Accounting Certificate Program, 申請Certificate 時， 學校讓我填表 waiver 我在中國的 transcrip（ You will need to sign a waiver form for your China Peoples Republic transcript）； 這種要求合理嗎？
