University option

My nephew is trying to apply graduate school in USA by agent in China. He likes to study International  business, Logistics Chain supply.  So far he has four options. Which one is better and easy to find job after graduate?  I know TX is big and many company move there. How about OH, PA? Is it easy to find job there? Thanks in advance and all the best in new year 2011
