anyone can go to that school, anyone, as long as you have a GED. California residents enjoy a tuition subsidy, what i can remember was 13 bucks per school unit back in the days, none-California residents pay ten times of that, 130 per unit.

there is no qualification to attend, no tofel, no sat.
