Simply put. The guy was showing the basic behaviour of an animal in the wild. Except with a phone in his hand that makes the animal looking a bit odd. Faced with not knowing what was being sung about he resorted to trying to be the dominant one of the pack.
For the guy pushing his child in the trolley, he's a very good mob candidate. One hopes that his kid is not going to become one.
For these animals, they should live in a zoo where some other animals, bigger than them, will undoubtedly keep them quiet and behave. That's a sure bet with anybody that these will likely behave. Like animals.
