私立醫院有急診麽？我記的。。。

有個朋友前2年急病， 先上公立醫院急診等了5小時，才轉到私立醫院，正常程序應是這樣麽？

我再想阿，是不是該上了私人醫療保險了，好處，壞處，高人們給分析一下，結合紐省醫院現狀。多謝了！！！

7，8 年前我樓上有個鄰居，沒及時治療，被公立醫院治死了，是不是該破財免災，上個保險更安全？

不過沒急診，拿可夠煩人的。。。
